An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proven sales professional to continue to develop and win new business relationships throughout the UK for a fast growth ‘multi award winning’ software as a service (SAAS) mobile app solution in the legal market.

 

Reporting to the CEO, the role of Business Development Manager is well suited to a self-motivated and ambitious individual who is hungry for success and passionate about providing an innovative solution delivered with exceptional customer service. These are exciting times with the business having already grown rapidly and a plan to double in size over the next 12 months.

 

Key skills and experience should include:

  • Technology sales background or experience of selling into the legal sector
  • Case management system/property search company sales experience would be highly desirable
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Pitching/presenting (face to face and telephone based)
  • Evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Diary/territory management
  • Flexibility
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Highly motivated/self-starter
  • Professional, smart and credible

  • High integrity

 

The role of Business Development Manager would be suited to you if you can demonstrate a hunger and desire to succeed through consistent quality sales activity and you can build excellent rapport and trust with prospective clients over the telephone and face to face. You may have previous experience of selling into legal or professional services sectors as a recruiter, office equipment provider, software or consultancy solutions provider and be able to demonstrate your previous track record of success.

 

Regardless of background your most important / relevant qualities are likely to be your positive attitude and tenacity.

 

It is essential that you are a car driver with a full licence and access to a car as travel throughout the UK will be an important part of this job.

 

This is a home-based role which will include extensive travel throughout the UK as well as regular visits to the Head Office based in Manchester.
