An excellent opportunity to join a specialist finance business who provide prime finance to customers across the UK through introductions from Franchised and Independent Motor Dealers as well as brokers.
Reporting to the Sales Director you will manage the southern territory (Birmingham and south), and take charge of a team of Regional Account Managers.
Ideally you will have previous experience working for a motor finance provider or possibly another supplier into the UK Motor Retail sector and you will have proven experience of successful team management / development.
Familiar with all types of finance and with contacts across the industry.
Great management and leadership skills are essential along with a keen eye for delivering exceptional customer service at all times as well as delivering on new business targets.
